Two former top 10 players will collide in an interesting opening round clash at the 2018 Australian Open as the 27th seeded Petra Kvitova takes on Andrea Petkovic. Kvitova and Petkovic have a lengthy history having played on 9 previous occasions, Kvitova holds a slight 5-4 head-to-head record over the German.
